Big O Tires

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. Tire shops used to feel overwhelming to me, but the team here is always so helpful, patient, and kind. I really appreciate how upfront they are about timing and total cost. I was on a tight schedule and budget, and they still made everything work without any stress. Matt S. was incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through everything, even though they were clearly busy. And Gabe W. did an amazing job installing my tires, fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Courteous staff. Timely work. They were able to squeeze me in at about 12:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. They gave me a discount, so the oil change for full synthetic was only about $66, almost matching Walmart (about $8 more). They had five other cars on the line and still managed to finish my work in 40 minutes. Would come back if they're able to give me the same deal again.

The team at Big O Tires was awesome! We are in the middle of a two-week cross-country drive and had some issues with the Jeep pulling left. They got us on the schedule, rotated the tires and said they said the tread wear was even. They too the Jeep out for a test drive and didnt any issues with the alignment. Great staff and friendly service. Thanks!

There is not enough praise for the staff here. Sara was super helpful in finding the right tire for my lifted truck. She made sure that I could see the tires she recommended. We found a set, it would have to be ordered, so we set an appointment for me to come in the next Saturday. Friday, Matt called and said they had my tires in and if I wanted I could come in and get them installed. I ended up needing a few other things done for my truck, they were honest and I didn’t feel like I was being sold things I didn’t need. I will definitely be going back for all my maintenance service and repairs. All the staff were great, professional and helpful. My bill was even lower than I expected. I had shopped two other well known tire/service shops and had people trying to sell me things I didn’t want. I got what I wanted and my tires look pretty badass. Thank you so much Sara, Evan, and Matt! Y’all deserve tons of kudos!

Last week I went to get air in my tires and went to discount tire and they said that I needed tires right away and a front end alignment. Long story short their wait time was over 3 hours plus wait. I called Big O tires spoke to Sarah she said she could get me in plus she gave me a discount on the tire. Thought everything was great until I got my car started driving and the steering wheel is bouncing all over the place I looked at the tire pressure and all the tires were set at different levels when was that 40 41 43 and 40. So I buy new tires and nobody could put the right pressure in them ? So the next morning I go to discount tire and have them adjusted. Hoping that the air pressure was off that the car would ride better. Nope.!!! So yesterday I went to the Big O tire over here on Thornydale and they didn't inspection and told me that my rim was bent. Shocking because my car never had a shake and when I drove it into Big O tires it was driving fine. When I left not good. Now I have to come back on my day off and deal with this. I'm not happy! My car drove fine now it's unsafe and ruining a new set of tires. If going to an establishment and paying for a service this is what I get
